Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga that connects our movements from one posture to another with our breath, creating a flow of successive movements. Not only does vinyasa help to increase strength, it can also help to increase flexibility and endurance if practised regularly. This class caters for body, mind and soul, as each class ends with a time for relaxation.

This class is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners and whether this is your first or 100th class, there will be something for everyone.

I've never done yoga before, is this class suitable for me?

Absolutely, this class is suitable for new and experienced yoga practitioners!

Are there changing and shower facilities?

We recommend that you come ready to practise yoga as we don't have these facilities in this store!

What do I need to wear, do I need to bring anything else?

Mats, blocks and straps are all provided. We recommend wearing something that you can move easily in, think gym leggings or shorts, and a sports top and vest like the ones we've suggested above. We tend to practise yoga with bare feet, but this is optional. We recommend bringing a bottle of water with you like you would for any exercise class.
